Dear Wonderful A+ Acacia Families,
It’s truly incredible how quickly this year has flown by. In just eight short weeks, we will be preparing to say a bittersweet goodbye to our wonderful fifth-grade class.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for PTSA Bingo Night! The turnout was fantastic, the energy was high, and it was a joy to see so many families winning prizes and having fun together.

3rd-5th Grade AASA State Testing in Full Swing
We wanted to share how proud we are of our students this week. They’ve approached state testing with such focus and dedication, showing off all the hard work they’ve put in this year. We’re heading into our final week of testing; please see the attached flyer for the specific dates for your student's grade level.

Kindergarten and 5th Grade Promotions: Save the Date
We are excited to honor our Kindergarten and 5th Grade students with a promotion ceremony. We will hold our Kindergarten promotion in the courtyard in the evening, and our 5th grade promotion at Cienega High School in their main gym in the evening.
Kindergarten: Wednesday, May 20, 2026
5:00 pm: Ms. Mansfield & Mrs. Hogains
6:00 pm: Ms. Reyes, Mrs. Ortiz, and Mrs. Horner
Fifth Grade: Thursday, May 21, 2026
5:00 pm: All 5th Grade Students

Teacher Requests for the 2025/2026 School Year Information
As we look forward, we are beginning to plan for our 2026/2027 school year. I will be sending a letter to families on Monday, April 20th, outlining the teacher request process and our tentative teacher list for the 2026/2027 school year. It will be posted to our website as well.
